How long does shipping take?

Where do products ship from?
Our products ship directly from our trusted partner suppliers around the world, rather than from a single CyberGrokr warehouse. This is how we're able to offer such a wide range of trending tech, gadgets, and lifestyle products at great prices.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package from our supplier to your door. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us at cybergrokr@gmail.com.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at cybergrokr@gmail.com and we'll send you the return instructions.
How do refunds work?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
