Shipping at CyberGrokr
Our products ship directly from our trusted partner suppliers. This lets us offer a wide range of trending tech, gadgets, and lifestyle products at great prices — but it does mean delivery takes a little longer than shipping from a traditional warehouse.

Delivery times
Typical US delivery time is 7–15 business days from the date your order is placed. All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — delays can happen due to high order volume, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Shipping rates (United States)
Standard shipping (7–15 business days): $4.95 per order.
Orders over $50: FREE standard shipping.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package from our supplier to your door.

Order issues
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, or it arrives damaged, please contact us at cybergrokr@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
